Behind the Name

The Buffalo Communications moniker is inspired by our parent company’s namesake, Billy Casper. At the peak of his Hall-of-Fame golf career, Billy went on a historic winning streak while on a buffalo-meat diet. As a result, he became affectionately known as "Buffalo Bill."

Although our clients now reach well beyond the golf industry, we remain true to and are inspired by Billy Casper’s values – integrity, hard work, kindness, family, friendship and a passion for life.
